This family lakeside home faces west on Skaha Lake, on a level lot & sandy beach. A beautiful, mature weeping willow tree provides privacy & shade to part of the sunny beach. The lake & spacious lawn area are steps away from the patio doors, a perfect place for families to play, swim, & relax. There is a mooring buoy for your boat and a large, double, paved, private driveway that will accommodate 3 vehicles plus your boat trailer.
The Living room, dining area, kitchen and hallway are hardwood floors. The living room has comfy leather furniture, glass coffee tables and a large picture window to take advantage of the lake & mountain view. The family room off the kitchen has a big comfortable sectional sofa, with a double hideabed, easy chair, coffee table & 42 inch flat screen T.V.
There is room for 6 to dine inside at the dining table or on our beautiful sunny patio with teak furniture, umbrella & gas barbecue. Spend the evenings relaxing and dining al fresco in the warm summer air.
The kitchen has been completely renovated and now has a picture window looking out to the lake. There is a large island with 4 comfortable bar stools to sit and take in the beautiful view outside. The kitchen has all new cabinets & appliances, new refrigerator with ice maker & new range with convection oven.
The washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen, and there is also a second fridge for extra beverages & food. (Laundry soap is provided)
There are 2 bathrooms; #1 has soaking tub, shower, toilet & basin, #2 has shower, toilet & basin.
3 bedrooms, one with King-size bed and 2 with Queen size beds, roomy closets, nightstands with lamps, dressers & fine quality linen & duvets.
For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV & DVDs. 1 TV set in King bedroom, and 1 TV set in family room. Free WIFI available. Also a variety of books, board games and cards.
Sorry, we do not rent the home for events, parties, reunions, weddings or large celebrations. We also do not permit extra accommodation such as RV's, campers or tenting on the property.
Challenge Penticton Triathalon - the Bike and Run course are right outside our door, stay to train on the course or cheer on your favorite athletes in comfort on race day!

Rock climbing on Okanagan's famous Skaha Bluffs - about a 10 minute drive from our home.

Floating down the Okanagan river channel on inner tube floaters - a favorite summertime pastime for visitors & locals.
Farmers Market - every Saturday morning - 15 min. away in downtown Penticton.
Wineries -we are in the middle of wine country - with a couple of wineries a short distance from the house. Naramata wineries to the north and Ok Falls and Oliver wineries to the south.
June - Peach City Beach Cruise, and the annual Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival
July -Prospera Gran Fondo Event, and triathalons.
August - Penticton Peach Festival, Square Dance Festival.
